Provides nutrition and gardening activities to increase consumption, expand knowledge, and promote healthier choices and physical activity.

Low impact aerobics taught by a Silver Sneakers Certified Instructor.
Stay Strong Stay Healthy
A hour long exercise program held twice a week with a trained instructor to lead you through muscle-strengthening exercises.

A noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching.
Introducing the latest technology in access to dental care. Meet “The Dentist is In”. Talk with a virtual dentist, get help with your dental emergencies, get answers to your questions and care when you need it. FREE fluoride application on-site.
Our Walking Club promotes a healthy habit and safety in this community. We are committed to walk with all levels of walkers. Blood pressures are decreasing within the first 2 weeks. We walk indoors during inclement weather.
